How long does my order take to ship?

Your products are made uniquely for you once you place your order. However, it is our strongest wish for you to receive your product within two to three weeks of purchase. This may fluctuate around holidays and depending on the size of your product. If you need it by a certain day or are worried it won’t ship in time, reach out to us! We love to make your dreams come true.

How much does shipping cost?

It's free in the continental USA! No hidden fees here. Upon purchase you will receive a confirmation email and a follow up email once your product ships. It should arrive 2-5 business days later!

What is your return policy? 

We aim to please so if you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your money up to 30 days after the date of purchase. In order to make a successful return, you must have the original packaging and proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
